GUIDED CAVING – “PULL THROUGH†TRIPS
A handful of U.K. caves allow us to enter in one entrance and descend through passageways and abseils to emerge at the bottom of the valley below.
We descend each pitch one at a time, progressing through the cave with-drawing our ropes as we go.
A very committing form of caving, allowing no retreat, it epitomizes the exploits and resolve cavers enjoy as we journey down, through the arteries of the land and out through one of these classic pots.
Previous vertical caving experience will decide which style of descent would be used.
Previous experience: Vertical caving experience necessary, SRT skills non essential
