Will be indulging in a little cave rescue training tonight focusing on first aid which dove tails nicely into this weekends CIC revalidation

UKCC Open Canoe 3 star training and skills scheduled for March 16th and 18th. Ideal for people looking to start #Canoe #expeditions.
