Enjoyed the evening #canoe #sailing back to camp. Three km down wind as the sunset took about 15 to 20 mins. No #paddling just steering

Awoken by the sound of leaves falling on the side of the tipi and bird song. Hot breakfast required and so to a short returning paddle.

Silly day going up stream with poles. Presently enjoying fresh chilly and getting ready for pancakes.. And baileys of course. Tee hee

Improvised #expedition cooking by putting baileys Irish cream in your porridge. So wrong but soooo right. delicious

Driving rain and force 7 winds all night. Toasty in my sleeping bag. Stoves on with fruity porridge bubbling away. Happy #canoe #expeditions

Tipi up. Chicken curry eaten. Whisky being sipped. Cuppa on stove… Time for star wars top trumps. What a life haha.

High and fast water #canoeing on the #river Greta today in the #lake district. Deep fast big grade 3.
