Group caving equipment cleaned and hung up. Right …. shower and out climbing with a group. Gorgeous day for it too!

Great to be working underground again guiding and coaching. Just a pile of cave gear to clean now. The less glamorous side of the job.

Abseiling into Oxlow mine today with a group learning Single Rope Techniqe. Two newbies two refreshers. Should be fun. #caving #courses

Likes teaching Single Rope Technique to divers and military types as they do as they are told….. Most of the time :0)
