Your job as a #coach is to show people how clever and capable they are. Not how clever and capable you are. #empowerment

A #coach uses language to enhance to encourage and enlighten but not to exclude. Dont sound smart, sound passionate inspiring and giving.

A long deep restorative nights sleep was needed. *yawn stretch. We process so much subconsciously when asleep.

Sometimes you have to be the person you don’t want to be, because people need you to be. You can got back to who you want to be later.
