A #coach uses language to enhance to encourage and enlighten but not to exclude. Dont sound smart, sound passionate inspiring and giving.

A long deep restorative nights sleep was needed. *yawn stretch. We process so much subconsciously when asleep.

Sometimes you have to be the person you don’t want to be, because people need you to be. You can got back to who you want to be later.

Yesterdays group are pooped after caving, they will be 1/2 hour late for climbing today. Shame glorious sunshine here in the peak district.

It’s Sunday and I don’t have to be at work for hours.. Why am I awake? 8 hours sleep is the legal minimum for a Sunday!
